Electronics / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines

For our onshore team at the Erkelenz site we are looking for an Electronics / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for direct permanent employment.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electronics / mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in wind energy welcome – motivated career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
• Knowledge of control & regulation technology, hydraulics, power electronics and ideally mechanics
• No fear of heights, physically fit and able to work at up to 100 m
• Solid German language skills (at least B2) for communication at height
• Reliable, self-reliant and team-oriented way of working
• Driving licence class 3/BE and willingness to travel within the region

Your tasks

• Maintenance, servicing and inspection of wind turbines as part of a team
• Fault diagnosis and rectification of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components
• Replacement and professional repair of defective parts according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete documentation of all service work in the ERP system
• Close coordination with team and dispatching to maximise turbine availability
• Participation in paid on-call duties (24/7)
