Your responsibilities

• Showroom organisation, engaging product presentation and personal customer care
• Initial phone contact and pre-qualification of customer inquiries
• Support of regional sales initiatives in close coordination with field sales
• Order acceptance and complete transfer of all relevant data into the CRM system
• Maintain customer data, track interactions and create meaningful reports
• Active participation in training and professional development within sales
• Contribute process-improvement ideas and shape your career path at 1KOMMA5°

Your profile

• Career start or first experience in inside sales
• Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of showroom leadership
• Enthusiasm for cleantech and the energy transition
• Customer-oriented communication focused on solutions
