Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management, rostering and holiday planning
• Onboarding of trainees and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic foods
• Interest in organic products, enjoyment of sales and a feel for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership, e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
