Your responsibilities

During our 12-month trainee programme we will fully prepare you to lead a Denns organic supermarket – your first management role.

As store manager (m/f/d) you are a responsible team player, involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, contribute your own ideas and drive your store forward.

12-month trainee programme

• 4 months as deputy manager
• 4 months as acting manager
• 4 months induction as store manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial qualification
• Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail, plus initial leadership experience
• Committed, ready to take responsibility and a strong team player
• Open to new ideas and keen to learn more about organic and natural products
• Goal-oriented personality with leadership ambitions
