Commodity Manager - Project Procurement Real Estate (CAPEX)

Your Day at a Glance

You develop national and international sourcing strategies for main and ancillary construction works, technical building equipment and engineering services, create electronic tenders, evaluate bids and conduct price and contract negotiations through to signature. You manage projects across the entire CAPEX cycle, analyse markets and suppliers worldwide and ensure on-time, high-quality and cost-efficient availability. Close coordination with project management, legal, costing, construction management and controlling completes your area of responsibility.

What You Bring

• Degree in Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering (construction focus) or commercial education with technical construction background
• Several years of experience in project management or procurement of construction works and real-estate-related services
• Strong negotiation skills, goal orientation and proactive mindset
• Solid knowledge of project and contract law plus digital procurement processes
• Fluent English and good MS-Office skills
