GenAI/Copilot Agent Developer

Your Day at a Glance:

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Agent Developer to design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry. You will work closely with internal partners to solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions and deliver ground-breaking AI applications.

How you will make an impact:

• Design and build custom Copilot agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Analyse symptoms and identify root causes of intricate customer issues
• Consult business users on new and existing requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical product requirements
• Develop and implement new applications
• Uphold a high-quality customer-service culture
• Keep skills current through continuous internal and external training

What you bring:

• 5–7 years of GenAI development experience, ideally with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI principles
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Automate), M365 and SharePoint integrations
• Microsoft Copilot know-how advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills in a global environment
• Flexibility, strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Clear, logical and effective verbal and written communication in English and German
