Your responsibilities:

• Provide holistic consulting and sell our product portfolio (PV, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, energy management system „Heartbeat“) to owners of single-family homes and small businesses in and around Hamburg
• Independently schedule and structure customer appointments, consultations and offers
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signing and work closely with project coordination and construction management for seamless project handover
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes

What you bring:

• High motivation for sales – ideally experience selling complex products to private customers, preferably in PV and/or heat pumps
• Strong communication skills, empathy and confident customer presence
• Solid technical understanding with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Desire for continuous development and active shaping in a dynamic industry
