Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Job Description

• Monitor and analyse sales funnels across all locations
• Identify bottlenecks and derive concrete optimisation actions
• Daily KPI tracking (show rate, conversion, capacity, utilisation)
• Support forecasting and performance optimisation
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for transparent sales insights
• Collaborate with team leads, sales VPs and the CSO to continuously improve processes
• Implement projects for sales automation

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or similar in fast-growing companies
• Degree in Business Administration, Data Science or related field
• Strong willingness to learn and self-driven motivation
• Hands-on mentality with a desire to shape, not just observe, processes
• Proficient with analytics tools; Snowflake experience a plus
• Willing to travel (≈1 site visit per month)
• Fluent German written and spoken
