As a Service Technician HVAC (m/f/d) you will independently carry out service and final work on heat pump and heating systems for our customers in Dresden. You inspect and document the quality of subcontractor sites, support order management with your technical know-how and ensure smooth operations. You work closely with our local team and take on service assignments when required.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic HVAC or heating technology
• Professional experience in customer service, ideally with heat pumps
• Confident handling of hydraulic and electronic components
• Structured, service-oriented way of working
• Driving license class B and willingness to be on call
