As a Site Manager, you will oversee the operations of several service sites, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will mentor a team to uphold the organization's central beliefs and to perform in their respective functions. Your key responsibilities will include safety leadership, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer account management. You'll be responsible for technical problem-solving, budget management, and ensuring optimal turbine performance.

Responsibilities

- Cultivate a safety-focused environment at the site and promote continuous improvement.

- Financial performance, responsible for the site budget, cost center management, and operational efficiency

- Engaging and motivating site team that produces high-level results against Key Performance Indicators and Operational Goals

- Determining coverage for on-calls during work hours (weekends and overtime)

- Responsible for the management, effectiveness and efficiency of site assets (vehicles, equipment, tools, office, etc.)

- Select and retain team members/leaders

- Identify and involve business stakeholders and involved in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification

- Bachelor or higher degree in electrical, mechanical or management fields

- 5+ years of working experience in technical field

- 3+ years of working experience in wind farm operations or a relavent heavy industry operations management

- A technical background is beneficial, with knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and rotating heavy equipment

- Knowledge about project management

- Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Valid driver's license and passport
