Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Organic Food (m/f/d) – Germering 2026

During your three-year apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will experience every aspect of our store: product care, checkout, customer advice, ordering, goods receipt, warehouse, bakery and cheese counter, bistro and back office. You answer customers’ questions on organic products, implement promotional campaigns, create appealing merchandise displays and support seasonal sales promotions.

Your tasks:

• presenting premium organic food
• comprehensive, friendly customer service
• operating checkout and cash reconciliation
• planning and executing promotions and seasonal placements
• ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods

What you bring:

• good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• enjoy working with people
• strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
