Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Specialist for Organic Products – Soest (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail sales specialist at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department: fruit & vegetables, cheese & bakery counter, bistro, shelf stocking, goods receipt, warehouse, checkout and back office. You will learn how to present premium organic foods attractively, advise customers knowledgeably on healthy and sustainable products, and organise ordering, inbound logistics and storage. Together with your team you will plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied customers.
