Training location: Bremen, Faulenstraße 54–70 or Bremen, Vor dem Steintor 73
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly training allowance (min.):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• „Adventure Culture“ theatre workshop
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production
• In-depth product knowledge on organic & Alnatura range
• Sales tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
