Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, high-quality O&M manuals in line with client requirements, schedule and quality targets as well as HSE standards.
• Define project-specific documentation concepts, layouts, terminology and templates; coordinate translation management with engineering and project teams.
• Collect, review, integrate and maintain O&M documentation from suppliers; serve as the central contact for structure, content and tools.
• Coordinate and monitor schedules and milestones for O&M manuals across all project phases; provide status reports to PEM/project teams and support design reviews and meetings.
• Work cross-functionally with suppliers, conduct technical clarifications, support system integration and claim management.

Qualifications

• Engineering or comparable technical degree with solid understanding of process and plant technology.
• Proficient use of document management systems, engineering databases and content-management tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and self-reliant working style; ability to make decisions and develop standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in international, interdisciplinary projects.
• Advanced MS Office skills, fluent English; additional languages and technical-writing training are an advantage.
