Finance Sr. Team Lead

Finance SSC > Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable (APC/VWS/NCE)

Your responsibilities

• Lead a 10-12 member finance-operations team and act as escalation point for critical issues
• Conduct regular coaching and 1-on-1 sessions to improve individual performance and develop team members
• Drive KPI performance, ensure SLAs are met, identify process improvements and organise operational review meetings with stakeholders
• Guarantee legal and audit compliance in accordance with Vestas internal control policies
• Ensure timely completion and review of SOX documentation (where applicable)
• Promote knowledge sharing and process standardisation across the Finance Shared Service Centre and regions; identify further migration opportunities

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Solid experience in finance processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Account-to-Report, Fixed Assets, Travel & Expense, Master Data, Controlling, Cash Management, Intercompany, Costing and Inventory
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in process improvement and migration projects
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CIA) are advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Willingness to work on holidays and shifts as required
• Proficient in ERP, data analytics and reporting tools
