Do you want to drive innovation in high-voltage technology? As an Insulation Components Process Engineer you balance standardization and innovation to set industry benchmarks. Every day you lead insulation parts from design to series production, optimize casting and testing processes, and solve technical challenges together with global teams. Your work ensures power equipment operates safely in extreme environments, securing clean energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Create insulation process documents and procedures according to HQ standards: flow charts, work instructions, process cards
• Organize process reviews and documentation for new insulation products under localization and new-project requirements; derive specifications for production facilities; support tool design and acceptance
• Develop and implement new insulation processes; participate in supplier audits
• Track trends in technologies, materials and processes for HV switchgear; introduce improvements to existing insulation processes (cleaning, sandblasting, casting, curing/demolding, grinding, testing)
• Support resolution of customer complaints and line failures related to insulation
• Provide effective cross-department support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in High-Voltage Insulation, Materials Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with insulation focus; excellent new graduates welcome
• Familiarity with high-voltage technology, electrical machines and insulation processes
• Resilient, outgoing, proactive, structured, strong communicator
• Good teamwork skills
• Fluent English (written & oral)
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD
