What You Will Do

• Own green-field cloud initiatives from day one
• Shape deployment pipelines, IaC, monitoring and inter-service standards
• Evaluate new technologies and drive company-wide adoption
• Partner with product teams to embed cloud best practices
• Automate operations through code and continuous tuning
• Participate in on-call rotation for core services
• Champion a high technical bar in hiring

What You Will Bring

• 6+ years building and running large-scale cloud platforms
• Passion for setting foundational infrastructure direction
• Relentless pursuit of technical excellence
• Deep expertise in at least one of: deployments, AWS, Kafka, monitoring/logging
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills
• Grit to thrive in fast-changing regulatory environments
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• AWS experience
• Kubernetes know-how
• Event-driven architecture knowledge (Kafka)

Compensation
Annual base: USD 160,000 – 200,000 plus equity, performance bonus and full benefits.
