Your Day-to-Day

As a Commercial Administrator (f/m/d) in the Offshore Infrastructure & Logistics (OI&L) team you will handle all commercial and financial aspects of our project portfolio, ensuring execution in line with Siemens Energy Project Management standards, customer requirements and financial reporting guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Commercial processing and administration of offshore logistics projects
• Preparation and maintenance of project reports, forecasts and cash-flow analyses
• Verification and approval of invoices together with cost control
• Supporting project management on contractual issues and cost optimisation
• Ensuring compliance with HGB, ICFR and Siemens Energy FRG requirements
• Operating SAP, Project Dash and other tools for data maintenance and evaluation

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with initial experience in project business
• Sound MS Office and SAP skills; analytical, numbers-oriented mindset
• Fluent German and good English
• Strong organisational skills, self-initiative and ability to work in a team
• High affinity for digital tools and process-oriented working
