Your responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice and sell PV, battery, heat-pump, wallbox and Heartbeat energy-management solutions to owner-occupiers and small businesses in the Rosenheim area.
• Schedule and organise customer appointments independently and create tailored proposals.
• Work qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° network, focusing on personal consultation and closing deals.
• Manage the entire sales process – from first contact to contract signature.
• Cooperate closely with project coordination and site management to ensure smooth handover and successful completion.
• Continuously improve regional sales processes and contribute your own ideas.

Your profile

• Initial sales experience or strong motivation to start in direct sales; knowledge of PV and/or heat pumps is an advantage.
• Convincing, empathetic communication and confident customer presence.
• Solid technical understanding and ability to explain complex matters clearly.
• Passion for renewables, digital solutions and continuous development.
• Quick learner, proactive and enjoy goal-oriented teamwork.
• Very good written and spoken German.
