As a Plumbing & HVAC Service Technician (m/f/d) in Chemnitz you make sure our heat pump and heating systems run flawlessly on customer sites. You independently carry out service and finishing work, inspect subcontractor handovers and digitally record quality checks. Together with the team you continuously improve our processes and assist with customer service calls and technical questions. • Independent service and finishing work on heat pumps and heating technology at customer sites
• Technical acceptance and quality inspection of subcontractor jobs including documentation
• Digital recording and follow-up of all completed work
• Support in order management and close collaboration with colleagues for smooth workflows
• Occasional customer service visits and technical advice

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as plumber, HVAC installer or heating technician
• Field service experience, ideally with heat generators and heating systems
• Confident handling of hydraulic and electronic heating & heat pump components
• Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
• Class B driver´s license and willingness to join on-call service
