Your responsibilities

• Create reports and analyses in Salesforce, Tableau and Excel
• Derive business-relevant insights including recommended actions
• Conduct performance analyses to keep track of the sales department’s status
• Deep-dive into KPIs to identify the greatest improvement potential
• Co-own company-wide OKRs and projects with your team
• Develop concepts with (senior) management to advance Enpal every day

Your profile

• Enrolled at a university for at least two more semesters
• First practical experience with Excel, Salesforce and Tableau (e.g. through working student jobs or internships)
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and gain meaningful insights
• High reliability and detail-oriented working style
• Strong understanding of business and sales metrics
• Excellent communication skills and fluent German
