Our intelligent Aira Heat Pump replaces gas boilers, cutting household emissions and energy costs. Founded in 2022, we already count 1,200+ people, a state-of-the-art plant in Poland, headquarters in Stockholm and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy. The role
Join our global Commercial Team and convert data into insights that accelerate the clean-energy transition. You will sit between business strategy and modern data tech, owning analytics end-to-end.

Your responsibilities

• Define KPIs for marketing attribution, channel performance and customer-journey analytics.
• Design and build scalable data models in SQL/dbt; partner with data engineers to turn raw data into trustworthy assets.
• Build dashboards and self-service BI (Power BI) for marketing, sales and finance stakeholders.
• Ensuring data quality, monitoring pipelines and optimising integrations across ad platforms and CRM.
• Establish best-practice frameworks that raise the bar for analytics across the company.

Your profile

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, BI or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL, strong data-modelling and ELT skills; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with attribution models, UTM tracking, Google & Meta APIs.
• Cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or similar).
• Proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau/Looker); familiarity with dbt preferred.
• Business-oriented mindset—you translate questions into reliable metrics.
• Bonus: software-engineering or ML background; heat-pump or renewable-energy interest.
