Apprenticeship Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Ismaning (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant you will discover every area of an organic supermarket – from purchasing and customer advice to checkout. You will present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, receive, inspect and store goods, and support promotions and seasonal displays. After successful completion we regularly offer you a full-time, permanent position.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of premium organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Operating checkout and cash reconciliation
• Implementing marketing campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements
