Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant – Organic Foods (m/w/d) 2026, Marburg

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d) you will rotate through every department of the Denns organic supermarket in Marburg. You will learn how to receive, store and attractively present organic food, advise customers expertly on our product range, process orders, organise promotions and carry out cashier duties. Working closely with the team, you ensure smooth operations – from the sales floor to the back office.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Competent and friendly customer consultation
• Cashiering and accurate balancing
• Ordering, receiving, quality control and proper storage of goods
• Supporting advertising campaigns, sales promotions and seasonal displays

What you bring

• Good school record, preferably an intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
