Continuous Improvement & Change Manager (m/f/d) for Manufacturing Processes

Your contribution

As Continuous Improvement & Change Manager (m/f/d) you drive sustainable enhancements in the coil manufacturing of large power transformers. You lead lean and optimisation projects, identify potential through process analysis and implement sustainable measures together with the manufacturing team.

Your responsibilities

• Capture, plan, support and document improvement activities together with the production teams
• Initiate cross-site projects, share knowledge regularly and foster knowledge transfer
• Take ownership of efficiency initiatives including effectiveness verification
• Implement and refine manufacturing standards, track lean projects on a roadmap
• Lead lean projects, apply appropriate tools, conduct internal 6S audits
• Provide coaching to strengthen employees’ lean competences

Your profile

• Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL, university) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience, solid know-how in manufacturing technologies, digitalisation and project work
• Lean/SPS expert training or willingness to obtain it
• Strong coaching and teamwork skills
• Excellent German and good English skills, strong communication, moderation and presentation abilities
• Very good MS Office knowledge, high IT affinity

Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry: € 46,880.68 gross/year (38.5 h/week). A significant overpayment based on qualifications is intended.
