A Snapshot of Your Day
As Project Manager you will lead Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for Siemens Energy gas turbines, steam turbines or compressors. You will deliver projects on time, within budget and required quality while meeting world-class EH&S, quality, economic targets and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Full project ownership of LTSA projects including on-site service and repair works
- Primary customer contact for assigned projects
- Drive high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
- Ensure all outages are delivered with zero harm in line with Siemens Energy EHS standards
- Full technical and commercial P&L responsibility for the project
- Close collaboration with global factories and international counterparts
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and uphold quality-management standards
- Entrepreneurial decision-making across all project phases
What You Bring
- Degree in mechanical engineering, project management or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering or project-management roles, preferably with rotating equipment
- Proven ability to work in success-oriented teams, with assertiveness, motivation and customer focus plus sound decision-making skills
- Proven experience leading project teams
- Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
- PM certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) is advantageous
