Cost Center Controller

As Cost Center Controller you ensure financial transparency and provide decision-making support within the TI EAD controlling team at Siemens Energy.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and reconcile financial reports with focus on plan vs. actual deviations
• Lead and support budget and forecast cycles including planning, data entry and variance analysis
• Manage cost-center operations and cost calculations such as hourly rates and service adders
• Deliver data-driven insights to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
• Execute and monitor monthly internal controls in line with IFRS
• Interface between Finance and Management to secure forecast quality

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Finance, preferably in Controlling
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. SAP SAC, Power BI) plus MS Office and SAP preferred
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and high self-initiative
• Very good English skills
