Project Controls – Building Solutions

Your Role at a Glance

As Project Controls Manager you steer complex construction projects from kick-off to close-out. You establish robust control processes, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and use digital tools for transparent reporting. Your mission: deliver sustainable infrastructure projects successfully.

Your Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the full project controls framework in line with Siemens Energy standards and sustainability guidelines.
• Budget planning, resource allocation and continuous cost control including forecasting and reporting to Finance & Management.
• Risk & change management: identify risks, participate in risk workshops, derive mitigation actions and track implementation.
• Prepare status and KPI reports as well as presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Digital Acceleration team to implement dashboards and optimise processes.
• Continuously improve project controls methodology and train project teams.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in project controls for industrial or commercial construction, preferably in international projects.
• Strong experience with schedule, cost and risk management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, EcoSys).
• Experience with digital platforms and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and Portuguese; willingness to travel.
