Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Clerk – Organic Market Memmingen (2026)

During your 3-year retail clerk apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from goods receipt and customer consultancy to checkout. You take responsibility for shelf maintenance, ordering, promotions and expert advice on organic products. Working actively in daily operations, you ensure smooth processes at the bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of our organic foods
• Competent and friendly customer service
• Checkout operation and balancing
• Implementation of advertising and marketing measures
• Ordering, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Participation in sales campaigns and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and a strong service orientation
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and sustainability products
