Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems

1KOMMA5° develops Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy software platform. It connects PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, enabling customers to maximise self-consumption and increase system profitability. As a one-stop shop we provide households and SMEs with consulting, planning, installation and digital control – for carbon-neutral living, heating and charging.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end consulting and sales of PV, batteries, heat pumps, wallboxes and the “Heartbeat” energy-management system to single-family-home owners and small businesses in the Munich metropolitan area
• Self-managed scheduling, customer meetings and quote preparation – flexible and customer-centric
• Work with pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° group for efficient customer outreach
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signing and collaborate closely with project coordination and site management for smooth handover
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Your profile

• Initial sales experience or high motivation to start selling complex products; PV/heat-pump experience welcome
• Strong communication and empathy skills, able to explain complex technology in simple terms
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
• Excellent written and spoken German
