Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – BioMarkt Eisenach (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant at our BioMarkt store in Eisenach, you will rotate through every department – from produce and dairy to the cheese counter, bakery, bistro and back office. You will learn how to present organic goods, advise customers, operate the checkout, manage orders and stock, and plan promotions. After successful completion we offer you a permanent full-time position.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of our organic food range
• Comprehensive, friendly customer advice on organic and natural products
• Cashier duties and cash reconciliation
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting marketing campaigns and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school results, preferably Mittlerer Schulabschluss
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and reliability
