A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Systems & Process Specialist you will support the GT Orlando team in optimizing all relevant SAP processes across Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse and Quality. Working closely with colleagues in Charlotte and global suppliers, you resolve system and process issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• 2nd-level support for SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SESP, SupplyOn, IOL and EDI; strong alignment with the Global Process Team in Charlotte.
• Handle supplier inquiries related to system, invoicing, serial-number and quality processes.
• Identify, test, document and train users on all OPP and other system processes for GT Orlando.
• Train external suppliers and internal users; mentor students.
• Capture and analyse weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Create and maintain process and work instructions.
• Ad-hoc data queries and reports on request.
• Personal growth: expand SAP knowledge and global network.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with Associate degree.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP experience across the full procure-to-pay cycle, including subcontracting and serialization.
• Strong skills in MS Office, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards.
