Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed training as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a sense for customer needs
• First experience in leading employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
