Market Data License & Procurement Specialist

As a Market Data License & Procurement Specialist you will manage licences for market and geodata across Axpo Group, focusing on Trading & Sales. You ensure compliance, cost-efficiency and demand-oriented data use in a dynamic team environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Demand management with professional users (traders, quants, risk managers) and strategic sourcing
• Guarantee efficient, contract-compliant licence usage
• Coordinate data delivery between IT and business units
• Drive the strategic development of the Market Data Inventory System as business owner
• Prepare and support supplier audits and deliver structured data
• Process invoices, allocate costs, negotiate SLAs with Axpo entities, prepare reports and budgets

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent
• Knowledge of market data licensing and procurement processes
• Professional experience in energy or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills, high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, SQL and market data inventory systems; Databricks Unity Catalog experience a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
