Your responsibilities

• Order acceptance, processing and confirmation
• Handling purchase and delivery enquiries
• Telephone customer service
• General administrative tasks
• Working hours: Monday–Saturday within a 5-day week

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in wholesale advantageous
• Professional experience in sales and customer service
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Self-reliance, organisational talent and team spirit
• Interest in organic food and sustainable business practices desirable
