Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• From year 3 regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 Chamber of Industry & Commerce degrees in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (requirement: min. A-levels)
  • Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
  • Practical experience on organic farm or producer
  • In-depth product & range knowledge
  • Sales: shelf-stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, stocktaking, promotions, staff scheduling
• 1-year advanced training as Retail Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification „Organic Retail“ (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
