Responsibilities

• Coordinate all interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through rapid communication and personal care
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts across global time zones
• Maintain ATS Greenhouse and keep immaculate records
• Host candidates for on-site interviews and virtual sessions
• Support recruiting projects that streamline our processes

Requirements

• 2+ years coordination or administrative experience, preferably in fast-growing companies
• Self-directed, solution-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communicator at every level of the organization
• Passion for people and enthusiasm for sustainability and innovation
• Willingness to work on-site in South San Francisco at least 4 days per week
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

6-month contract with potential conversion to full-time. Hourly rate $40–45.
