Your responsibilities

• Holistic sales of PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and our EMS „Heartbeat“ to single-family homes and small businesses in Berlin and surroundings
• Self-management: you schedule customer appointments, consultations and proposals independently and efficiently
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° group
• Guide clients from first contact to contract signature and hand-over to project coordination and site management until successful completion
• Actively contribute ideas to improve regional sales processes

Your profile

• Highly motivated sales newcomer or experienced seller of complex consumer products, ideally in PV or heat pumps
• Strong communicator with empathy and transparent approach
• Technical understanding to explain complex solutions clearly
• Willing to grow continuously and stay ahead in a dynamic industry
• High intrinsic motivation, purpose-driven mindset and team spirit
• Excellent written and spoken German
