Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Bad Schwartau (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every area of the store: from product management and checkout to expert advice on organic products. You present goods, organise ordering processes and stock control, implement marketing campaigns and support our bistro.

Your tasks

• attractive presentation and quality control of organic goods
• competent, friendly customer advice
• cashiering and balancing tills
• planning and executing promotions and seasonal displays
• receiving, checking and storing deliveries

What you bring

• good school-leaving certificate, preferably intermediate level
• enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• team spirit, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and sustainable products
