Site Manager (m/f/d) HVAC for Heat Pump Projects - Hamburg

We combine regional trade with scalable software, integrating solar, storage, heat pump and e-mobility into one intelligent overall system. By 2030 we aim to convert 1.5 million households to renewable energy, supported by over 3,000 employees worldwide.

You will independently manage heat pump projects in the HVAC sector, focusing on single- and multi-family houses. You will lead and coordinate our subcontractors on-site from installation to acceptance, ensuring schedules, costs and quality targets are met.

You monitor site operations in the region and document progress. Working closely with planning, sales and customers, you ensure smooth project execution.

What you bring:

• Completed HVAC training with a master craftsman's certificate or equivalent qualification
• Several years of site management experience, ideally with heat pumps
• Organizational talent, assertiveness and structured working style
• Experience in coordinating external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region and a class B driving licence
