Maintenance Project Manager – Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Shape change with us – join our technical maintenance team. As Maintenance Project Manager – Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) you will manage complex retrofit and maintenance projects and ensure our building services operate reliably, efficiently and sustainably.

Your mission

• Project ownership: Plan, control and implement challenging electrical maintenance and retrofit projects – focusing on safety systems such as fire detection and emergency lighting.
• Team leadership: Lead interdisciplinary project teams of internal departments, external contractors and authorities from first idea to successful completion.
• Operational safety: Ensure legally compliant and economical operation of our technical installations with maximum availability.
• Efficiency improvements: Develop measures to optimise energy efficiency, sustainability and cost-effectiveness including feasibility studies and decision papers.
• Compliance: Observe relevant technical standards and regulations (DIN VDE 0100, 0105, 0108, 0833, DIN 14765, VdS guidelines, DGUV V3 etc.) and ensure their implementation.

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in electrical engineering or comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in planning and executing construction projects, preferably in live operating environments.
• Understanding of economic, technical and legal aspects of facility management and sound knowledge of energy, measurement, control, automation and lighting technology.
• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
