How to contribute to our vision

As our new student worker, you will be a part of an international team in the Procurement and Logistics department, where team play matters. You can ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to achieve high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).

You will be interacting with stakeholders around the world. The communication will be in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Download documentation from ERP systems – main task

• Analyze the documentation and structure it as defined by GCMs

• Send Request for Quotations to existing suppliers

• Analyze the quotations, execute supplier-quote benchmark

• Request the price upload in the ERP system

• Support Supplier Management processes when needed (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification)

• Prepare monthly reporting for procurement KPI reviews

• Ad-hoc support to the service procurement team to ensure adherence to monthly KPI

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business, Finance (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

• Advanced user with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Fluent in English language, verbal and written communication style

• Able to work independently

• Communicative towards the team members

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office at least 1 time a week.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
