Customer Relationship Professional

Vestas is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Relationship Professional to join our collaborative Melbourne team.

You will be the primary point of contact for our Australia & New Zealand wind-farm-owner portfolio, manage operational service contracts, coordinate internal departments and ensure we meet all contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and action client-contract queries
• Track and exceed “guarantee levels”
• Review scope creep on obligatory services and proactively manage customer and operational expectations
• Hold periodic customer meetings
• Handle customer enquiries and build loyalty for repeat business and upselling
• Lead cross-department ticket system to meet committed timelines
• Monitor financial efficiency of assigned service contracts and mitigate contractual risk
• Manage receivables
• Upsell technology features
• Drive “Commercialise the Operations” by supporting operational teams

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with 3–5 years’ experience supporting technical products
• Product-sale or service-sale experience preferred
