EHS Expert (f/m/d) Production / Manufacturing

Your responsibilities

As a certified Occupational Safety Specialist (Sifa) in our manufacturing and final assembly unit in Nuremberg, you ensure compliance with all legal, employers' liability insurance association and internal health & safety requirements. You conduct risk assessments and safety walks, advise managers and project teams and prepare operating instructions. You investigate accidents and near-miss events, derive corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness. In addition, you promote our safety culture, develop training materials and support safety briefings for around 130 apprentices.

Your profile

• Completed technical training or degree
• Recognised qualification as Occupational Safety Specialist (Sifa)
• Several years of experience in production, manufacturing or maintenance
• Thorough knowledge of German occupational safety regulations (ArbSchG, DGUV, BetrSichV, GefStoffV)
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and advisory competence
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
