Working Student Digital Change

Your Contribution

As a Working Student in the Digital Change Partner team you will support digital-transformation and employee-engagement projects across the organization. You create communication materials, assist project-management activities and help drive adoption of new digital ways of working. Ideally you are studying communication, marketing, business or social sciences and have a passion for storytelling, digitalization and visual design.

Your Tasks

• Develop communication materials (emails, articles, presentations, infographics, short videos, posters)
• Support awareness campaigns for digital initiatives and new-tool roll-outs
• Organize and accompany internal events, workshops and town-hall meetings
• Contribute to documentation, scheduling, stakeholder lists and reporting
• Create compelling visuals in PowerPoint or Canna according to brand guidelines
• Support feedback surveys, analysis and derivation of concrete actions

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in communication, marketing, business administration or comparable field
• Strong written communication and copy-writing skills in German and English
• Excellent organizational talent, quick comprehension and high level of self-initiative
• Basic knowledge of visual design (PowerPoint, Canva or similar)
• Interest in digitalization topics and innovative energy technologies
• Team spirit, creativity and enthusiasm for continuous learning
