Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines – USA

We are the Windtastics – 2,200 highly skilled specialists dedicated to the maintenance, repair, optimization and inspection of wind turbines. We manage 7,000 wind farms worldwide and actively advance the energy transition.

To support our rapidly growing U.S. business we are looking for motivated Onshore Service Technicians (m/f/d). You will work on site in the United States and help implement innovative onshore technologies. We provide a generous relocation package for you and your family.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable
• Experience in the wind industry is an advantage
• Independent, responsible working style and high willingness to perform
• Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge
• Driver’s license category B/BE
• Basic English; willingness to learn language and culture

Your tasks

• Service and maintenance work on wind turbines
• Assembly and disassembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Carry out technical optimizations and improvements
• Troubleshooting and reliable fault elimination
• Documentation of all work steps
• Weekend and holiday on-call duties on a rotating basis
