Your responsibilities

• Own heat-pump replacement projects from planning to commissioning
• Visit customers in your region with a fully equipped service van
• Work in two-person teams alongside another technician or trainee
• Collaborate closely with planners, logistics and customer service for smooth operations
• Continuously improve our digital, heat-pump-focused installation processes

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician (sanitary, heating & climate) with focus on heating technology, or comparable professional experience
• Prior heat-pump experience welcome but not required
• Strong customer focus and commitment to top-quality workmanship
• Team player who enjoys modern, digital ways of working
