Account Director (Sustainable Mobility)

You are the face and voice of Via to our partners. You build trusted relationships with cities and transit agencies and turn them into long-term, sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for city and agency leaders, owning the success of Via-powered transit systems
• Build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor: spot challenges, present solutions, support partner goals
• Lead strategic planning and delivery for measurable impact and efficient operations
• Analyze complex service data and generate insights on mobility, equity and sustainability
• Drive revenue through renewals, expansion opportunities and multi-year agreements

Requirements

• 7+ years client-facing experience (consulting, consultative customer success, high-growth company)
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, resilient to pivots
• Entrepreneurial relationship-builder, calm in complex or politically sensitive situations
• Data-savvy: quickly interpret numbers, ask critical questions, craft simple, actionable recommendations
• Reliable self-starter with growth mindset and strong team spirit

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: USD 160,000 – 200,000 (annual gross, excl. equity)
