Director People & Culture (m/f/d)

Hamburg-St. Pauli. Lemonaid is a purpose-driven social business that funds community projects along the supply chain through Fairtrade and organic drinks. The Lemonaid & ChariTea association has already enabled more than 80 development projects in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Your responsibilities

• Lead People & Culture and Office Management as one unit (6 team members)
• Owning core HR topics: recruitment & employer branding, leadership & talent development, culture & collaboration, feedback & performance, wellbeing & sustainable ways of working, and the entire employee experience
• End-to-end strategic and operational project delivery plus full budget ownership
• Advise and coach our leaders on leadership, collaboration and people development
• Ensure all HR initiatives are measurable, effective and truly serve the business

Your profile

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in HR, Law, Business or equivalent
• Several years in a senior P&C leadership role, preferably in a growth-stage, value-driven company
• Track record of successful organisational, culture and team development with measurable impact
• Experience in leadership coaching, strong implementation skills with empathy
• Fluent German (C2) and fluent English (C1); comfortable handling sensitive topics
