Field Service Senior Engineer (Saudi National) – Siemens Energy, Dammam, KSA

Your Role at a Glance

As a Field Service Senior Engineer you will lead a team of specialists and technicians in the maintenance, overhaul and commissioning of gas and steam turbines. You coordinate mechanical disassembly/assembly, guide I&C commissioning and troubleshooting, manage on-site project execution and represent the company towards the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical maintenance work on turbine-generators (disassembly, inspection, repair, re-assembly).
• Ensure quality, health, safety and environmental compliance according to Siemens Energy standards.
• Implement and monitor site safety programs.
• Conduct complex site surveys and develop maintenance concepts.
• Prepare detailed activity and progress reports.
• Coordinate with sales and project management on schedules, parts lists and resources.
• Identify schedule risks early and support claim management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with rotating equipment, preferably large gas turbines (Advanced Frames, V-Frame).
• Proficient in SAP and MS Project with strong report-writing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, high customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work under tight deadlines.
